The love for baking starts at a young age in our family. I grew up watching my mom bake. I would help my mom stir the batter and thought she was so strong how she could mix up the dough by hand. Now, I am a mother to 5 young kids and I get to pursue my life long dream of owning a bakery. Its a making sure the dough is raising and the kiddos are too kind of situation.

Every baked goods is made with love and care. I truly love to bake, its the place that comes the easiest for me. In my kitchen mixing up cookies, cakes, or bread. The smell of the spices, the warmth of the oven. The cool, dark morning where you will only hear the sound of the oven whirring. The delight on the faces of the customer, friend, or child. I hope that through my bakery my customers and friends will be able to “taste and see that the Lord is good, and BLESSED is the man who takes refuge in Him.” Psalms 34:8. It can be a dark world out there, so my hope is my little bakery in Boring, OR will be able to be the salt and the light of Jesus and when you bite into our baked goods, you will have a little glimpse of Gods goodness.
